Apart & Spa Zoned

Pros: Amazing food and facilities, excelent spa, staff a somewhat uncoordinated, only problem that there was no maid our entire stay, but overall a good experience would recommend

Nice but needs improvement

Pros: Big, spacious apartment, nice food and very friendly staff

Cons: Swimming pool was not working (or as they say water is too cold for swimming with children). Hear dryer was not working in the room. With support of girls on reception they borrowed us their own every night. Thanks for that. There was no heating in breakfast restaurant.

Good value for money

Pros: Breakfast was decent, plenty of options. Rooms are equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Bed was very comfy and the room was clean.

Cons: The only thing - the hairdryer in the bathroom was broken but that was just a minor thing that was resolved in a minute since I got a replacement from the spa.

Pros: Big apartment with everything you need inside. Great staf, great spa.

Cons: Breakfast was not so good. We stayed for 4 days and at breakfast they didn’t had coffee. Restaurant for dinner very small, you cannot find a table and in area there are no so many options where to eat.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Super polite staff. Very clean. Meals are awesome.

Cons: The only thing that could be improved is for the spa bathrobe to be available in the rooms.

Pros: Very nice hotel, confortable and modern rooms, breakfast and dinner included with many choices , big spa with pool

It’s comfortable place to spend your weekend

Pros: They have perfect spa zone with very clean swimming pool and saunas

Cons: We had technical remark in our apartment 1201 so the problem was with drainage grid inside shower cabine and because there is no appropriate leveling of the floor towards drainage the water is coming out of the cabine while you are getting shower

Pros: Veoma prostran i cist apartman. Odlicna lokacija, parking

Cons: SPA koji ne ulazi u cenu, a cena za 3 ili 4h koriscenja van sezone nije ni malo povoljna. Hotelski restoran nije imao vecinu jela sa menija

Pros: Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno i susretljivo, sam smještaj je odlično uređen i imate sve što vam je potrebno za kratki boravak, a sama soba je dovoljno prostrana za ugodan boravak. Uredno, čisto i održavano. Spa centar ima sve što vam je potrebno za opuštanje poslije cijelog dana na stazi. Ono što je nama bilo jako bitno s obzirom da nismo dolazili automobilom je to što hotel ima organiziran prijevoz do i sa skijališta. Prijevoz vas kupi i ostavi ispred hotela, tako da nemate previše brige i razmišljanja. Naše najiskrenije preporuke i svakako ćemo se vratiti!

Cu siguranță vom reveni cu mare plăcere chiar în aceeași cameră. :D

Pros: Micul dejun a fost excelent. Ne-a plăcut aparatamentul, iar zona de spa absolut de vis. Ne-a plăcut amabilitatea personalului și mâncarea de la restaurantul hotelului.

Cons: Apartamentul în care am fost cazați este amplasat chiar sub zona de Spa, iar zgomotul se auzea până în apartament. Nu chiar ne-a deranjat, dar, până ne-am dumirit de unde vine, ne-a intrigat puțin.
