Summer in Kopaonik

Pros: Great food. Would have been great to have a few more salad chouces for breakfast. Very clean spa! Cleaned a few times per day. Would have been good to have one time slot for adults only to have a more relaxing experience. Staff us friendly. Especially lobby waiters! The best location!

Cons: 2 salad choices only for breakfast. Kids jumping in pool running, opening and closing frequently sauna etc. That is not very much up to the hotel but it does spoil the experience.

Excellent accommodation and dining - the spa falls short of expectations

Pros: The room was comfortable and clean. Wide range of food options for both breakfast and dinner - the desserts were exceptional.

Cons: The indoor pool was too cold to enjoy. With the outdoor pool closed (we were notified a week in in advance about this) the jacuzzi was overcrowded, with children playing and even tossing frisbees, which took away from the intended spa experience.

Truly relaxing

Pros: Great hotel facility and highly professional and helpful staff. We arrived just as the skiing season ended but enjoyed walking in the fresh snow and using the spa facilities.
