Romania 🇷🇴

It was good but we had greater expectations.

Pros: It has great spa and provide free transportation for people who go to ski.

Cons: Rooms have electric heater which makes a strange noise while heating the room. At the first night a dj was outside and we couldn’t sleep properly. The last night we didn’t have hot water. We tried to contact the reception and they told us that somebody will come and check the installations but nobody appeared.

Pros: The hotel was fantastic, the spa facilities were very good, the staff was nice and the room was comfortable. The restaurant was amazing.

Cons: Breakfast was ok, but could be improved, especially coffee and soft drinks could be higher quality. Otherwise it was good.

Pros: The SPA is just perfect, two separated zones for children and for adults only which was a good solution for all. It was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. There is a hot swimming pool outside of the building and sauna with mountain view. The restaurant of the hotel is very good, with delicious meals and professional staff. Very rich breakfast with various dishes. The room had everything needed, even small kitchenette.

Cons: The free parking is on the street and there is no place. We needed to pay additionally for the parking of the hotel. The hot pool outside was not very clean.

Pros: Clean, Bojan at ski centar was wonderful. also very sweet women at spa centar. I didn’t know her name she was i think oldest lady working at spa. Everyday she was cleaning with kindness and smile.

Wonderful family friendly hotel with great animation

Pros: I liked the amenities and the animation -well done! It definitely offers fun for families. The separate spa for kids is fantastic! The staff are incredible.

Cons: The bed in the bedroom consists of two separare beds put together which was not comfortable for us and the baby. Also, a little more hygienic products could be added other than toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel.

Pros: the complex is very nice, very accessible. the spa is large and very well organized, clean. correct breakfast for 4 star hotel but not very variable.

Cons: the price displayed on the booking for half board is not the same price as their price at the reception/restaurant. they communicated that this is the old price not updated. the staff at the restaurant is not very friendly, too few people speak English. but overall it was a nice stay

Pros: Clean rooms, great staff and a good spa experience. As we had breakfast and dinner the food was delightful with a broad variety of choices.

Cons: Room was a bit small and cramped. The actual hotel is a bit outside the main centre of Kopaonik but as there is organised transport to there it is not a major issue.
