Pros: Location was excellent,what need to be improved is breakfast .It should have more choices and better quality for 5 star hotel

Cons: What was definitely not good is very crowded row area ,there was company of friends from Korea which was screaming and shouting for 1 h I guess ,so no one of the rest of people couldn’t relax at all ! Couple of times manager came to try to give them to under that they ate disrespectful with other quest ,but nothing didn’t change . By my opinion they should ask them to leave spa area . Last one was massage which was really bad ,I had men therapist,which really didn’t have idea about massage. Me and my boyfriend are travelling all around the world ,and I had all types of massage in different countries,but this one was really bad ! Result of it was they I ask polite to interrupt treatment,because it was massage without begging and end …no idea honestly how those kind of hotel can have so low level of dos services.

Pros: Very good location, clean, cozy big rooms, nice spa

Cons: Not enough spots in restaurant to fit everyone for breakfast, poor selection of food for dinner, they take 35€ for dinner even though on booking it says 30€, a few people from the staff were not that friendly

Pros: This was our 3rd year here. As always, location is superb and the staff is amazing. Spotless clean. However, it is noticable that there is a slight drop in quality of the service (lower number of staff?). During breakfast you have to chase the staff to remove the plates from the previous guests, or ask for drinks. There are just not enough stuff for the number of people. Also, I had to notice a slight decline in the food quality for both breakfast and dinner . There is a nice variety, but it seems less nice than 3 years before. E.g. cabbage just cut, not seasoned. Lettuce also. We will come again, but I wish the service goes back to what it was 3 yeaes ago.

Nice holidays in nice place

Pros: Very good hotel. Right next to the ski lifts, everything is well organized and properly arranged. Friendly and helpful staff. Cozy bar downstairs and an excellent steak restaurant. Everything is beautiful — just the way it should be.

Cons: No ski-in/ski-out access — you have to walk up and down the stairs in ski boots and then to the lifts. That’s the only minus.

great facility for a skiing hotel

Pros: Best skiing hotel that I have used. The room are spacious and clean. Great Value for money. And everyone loves the spa and swimming pool after the whole day on the slopes.

Cons: The food quality on the cateen could benefit from some improvement...

Great.

Pros: The location is fantastic, its clean and the staff is good.

Cons: The selection of wine in the restaurant. Its a pricey hotel so i excpected a lot more choices. The staff is overall great but there were some situations that are not ok. Like forgetting an order two days in a row. Also, the olive oil they serve is the cheapest kind, not at the level of the hotel.

Pros: The hotel is modern, with great—probably the best location in Kopaonik. The facilities are great, it's clean, and there's a lot to do. Food was perfect as well. Overall, top of the line experience.

Cons: Even though the interior of the room was perfect, the view was extremely poor. There are couple of rooms like these, stuffed at the very edges of the hotel, with window/door so little that's unsuitable for a pantry!

Clients ALMOST ZERO english: Little Not kind atitude!! With Us ..we was 2. Famillyes 7 people So Quality of Personal wich work in hotel was very POOR
