Excellent value, helpful hosts and right in the centre of Nis

Pros: After some 'communication difficulties' (because my phone's credit expired), the host came to find us in a local cafe and led us to the apartment, which is right in the centre of Nis with all local amenities and sightseeing within walking distance. The apartment itself was warm, clean and tidy with city views and all 'home' appliances including a large-screen TV, kitchen and washing machine, and we were given clear instructions on how to return the keys. Very good value too.

Cons: Some slight confusion about the address which caused us to go to the wrong location at first - but that could, possibly have been a sat-nav issue on our part. A couple of items in the apartment (cushions etc) showing some signs of wear-and-tear, but otherwise, hosts were more than helpful and accommodating.

Pros: Location is really superb! Center-center!!!! Owners are very welcoming and helpful. Very clean apartment. Everything necessary. Good airconditioning

Cons: If you plan to use not only the bed in the sleeping room ( which is comfortable), but also the sofa in the guest room, bear in mind, that the sofa is not very good for sleeping, as it is too firm.

A comfy centrally located accommodation in NIS Serbia

Pros: A very nice and cosy apartment, centrally located next to King Milan square. With air-conditioning and free WiFi. With washing machine and all the necessary amenities required. The host Milena and her husband were super helpful and they promptly reply to anything you might need or ask. A very good value for money apartment in the heart of NIS Serbia. Highly recommended.

Cons: Maybe better water pressure in shower.

Excellent location for sightseeing in the city center

Pros: The location of the apartment is excellent-in the heart of the city. The parking lot is tight, but it exists. The hostess was very pleasant and helpful. She waited for us and handed over the keys and gave short instructions to help us find our way around the city and the building. The apartment is on a high floor - so it is quiet enough.
