Hotel Kocka Vrnjačka Banja

Pros: The location and overall experience was truly amazing. The room was spotless, spacious and quiet. The concept of the spa is made for privacy, you make a 1h spa usage reservation and get a separate space with sauna, jacuzzi, hot benches and showers.

Cons: It was a bit crowded, but it was due to the period. The staff however, handled the check in and out professionally and without lines forming.

Pros: Location is amazing and staff are very welcoming, and did their best to make us feel at home.

Cons: we stayed for less that 24h so, I can't give any suggestions, as all they did was very very good.

We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend.

Pros: The suite was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. I appreciated that the spa is private and well maintained. The hotel restaurant had great food and coffee, and the staff were friendly. The location was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, and each guest had three different pillow options to choose from, which I really liked.

Cons: The entrance to the parking garage should be mentioned to guests in advance, as it’s not suitable for low cars. There were only two small coffee cups in the suite; it would be great to have a few more.

Pros: I really liked the hotel, it is conveniently located, very clean, comfortable pillows and mattress, there is a kettle, tea and coffee in the room. The spa is very cozy, it is necessary to register the time and it is very convenient because the visit is individual. The breakfast is not a buffet, according to the choice from the menu, but I liked it better- hot omelette, toasts, hot croissants. The girls at the reception and in the restaurant are wonderful, with a desire to help and explain.

Pros: Breakfast was fantastic. The location is in downtown 2 minutes away from the walking area.

Pros: Excellent location, incredibly attentive staff (in particular, the doorman and reception staff!) Our room was magnificent - spacious, clean and exceeded our expectations. The private spa and large balcony were superb. Truly a highlight for us! We loved our stay here so much that we extended an extra night. Walking distance to the heart of Vrnjacka Banja.

Cons: Restaurant night staff require extra training and customer service, however, a pleasant experience regardless. We unfortunately left an item in the hotel room, and after confirming with staff on the phone that this was found by cleaning staff (and providing instructions to us), they have since ignored our emails while we have attempted to organise postal delivery.

Pros: Beautiful hotel and comfortable room with a super comfy bed. Staff were extremely pleasent. Everything was great!

Pros: Great new hotel, excellent location, big spacious room. We will come again for sure.

Cons: Dinner should be more versatile.

Excellent value for money! Certainly we would go there again!
