Pros: This is our second time visiting the hotel. The most delicious breakfast is here. Clean place with warm pools. Thanks to the reception staff for keeping our documents that we would have forgotten. Thank you very much! Vrnjačka Banya is a peaceful and pleasant town.

A great place to relax with excellent spa facilities.
Pros: I’d gladly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable place to unwind for a few days. The spa facilities are truly impressive, with multiple pools, a spacious relaxation zone, and water slides that add a fun touch. All pools had pleasantly warm water, making them enjoyable for both adults and kids. The hotel itself is large, spotless, and tastefully decorated. The staff were welcoming and always ready to assist. Breakfast offered a wide selection of dishes, and the complimentary parking was very convenient. Families will also appreciate the dedicated children’s area. Overall, the stay fully met my expectations, and I would happily return.
Cons: The only downside for me was that the spa is open to external visitors, not just hotel guests, which meant it became quite crowded during the day, especially on weekends. Additionally, many people used the smoking room, and because the door was often left open, the smoke spread into the hallway. The room temperature was also higher than comfortable, and it couldn’t be adjusted.

Kids will love the waterpark!
Pros: We stayed for two nights to be able to enjoy the waterpark with our kid. The size of the room was decent, and they put an extra folding bed. The small welcome gift for the kid was appreciated! The location is not central, you need to walk to the promenade, but it was not an issue. We spent most of the time in the water area. It was not crowded on the first week of September already.
Cons: The breakfast had big variety of food, however it was hard to find something with less fat or vinegar. Some edges of the pools were chipped, and all members of the family got small injures. There were no vanity kit, hair conditioner or body lotion in the room, which is somewhat expected for a 4-stars hotel. Only 2-in-1 body-hair gel and shower caps. Great quality and a wonderful stay
Pros: Our stay was wonderful! The room was great, comfortable, and well-equipped. The restaurant was excellent, offering delicious food and friendly, attentive staff. The spa was a highlight - especially the night swimming, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Although there were some repairs on two of the pools when we arrived on Friday, the staff managed to complete them by Saturday, and everything was perfect for the night swim.
Cons: The only downside was the temperature in the room. The centraliсed air conditioning made it quite warm (around 25°C), and even though we opened the window to try and cool it down, it was still too hot. Additionally, there was construction next to the hotel, and an excavator started working early in the morning. This wouldn’t have been an issue if we had been able to keep the windows closed, but it was too warm for that.

Pros: Mostly everything OK. good staff, rooms, pools, excellent location. The water in the pools is cloudy, It looks like, but I guess it's not dirty. The breakfast is satisfactory, but the additional dinner is poor, perhaps due to the smaller number of guests.

Cons: There is no coffee in the room (for me 2in1 is not a coffee) and coffee that is available during the breakfast is so bad! The only way to drink coffee that is good is by going to the hotel restauran in the lobby ....
