Hotel Fontana Vrnjačka Banja

Pros: Hrana je odlicna. Lokacija savrsena. Osoblje ljubazno.

Cons: Bila je velika guzva u hotelu. Ulazak u spa centar je bio ograničen na jedan dnevno, što nije bilo navedeno, vec nam je receno na recepciji kada smo stigli. Pice u restoranu je prilicno skupo.

Pros: Fontana is a big family hotel in the middle of a touristy town. It is a huge place, with many rooms, and many families buzzing around, so you don’t have a very relaxing, quiet vibe one might expect in a spa town. But, the staff is really amazing, polite, quick, and they seem to handle the crowd really well. The wellnes&spa zone is the best thing about the hotel, beautiful and well kept, and if you are there during a quiet hour, you can really enjoy the swimming pools, saunas, and massages. Selection and quality of food for breakfast buffet is exceptional.

Cons: This is a fully renovated and modernized socialist-era hotel, so the rooms are on the smaller side. I didn’t manage to adjust the temperature, so it felt too warm and occassionally a bit stuffy. Wi-fi functions, like 8/10, could be a bit better.

Pros: Modern rooms with everything you need in the room and spa center. A varied breakfast.

Overall good with some annoyances around peoples behaviors in the hotel

Pros: Polite and helpful staff, ready to assist around all requests.

Cons: The spa was super crowded and kids were noisy and not very well behaved. I don’t think the hotel can do much about it unfortunately because they would have to teach the parents how to teach their children to behave. I could suggest the stuff to maybe remind the parents about the acceptable and unacceptable behaviors in the spa and then warn to throw them out if they continue to behave in unacceptable ways. The hotel has published how to behave signs in all areas but I guess Serbs just don’t read or don’t care to respect.

Great hotel, something for everyone. 10/10

Pros: Stayed for a week with whole family. Loved everything. Location of hotel is fantastic, breakfast was delicious and diverse every day. Spa facilities top notch. Kids playground area spacious and kids staff were amazing and super friendly. Rooms nice and clean.

Cons: AC was not at its best. Kept the card in the room all the time but AC never reached full cooling potential.

Pros: - very clean - friednly stuff - beds are very comfortable - spa is good, clean, lots of things to offer - breakfast very good

Cons: - to many children - price to performance ration not very good - parking chargeable (since the price is pretty hight having to pay for parking as well not really acceptable) (800 din per day)

Pros: Perfect location. Delicous breakfast with lot of choice. Comfortable and clean rooms..Spa center is very good. During the weekend it was a little bit overcrowded but during the week days it was great.

Overall, a great stay with fantastic meals, excellent location, and friendly staff, but some amenities could use improve

Pros: The meal selection for both breakfast and dinner was impressive, with a variety of tasty options to suit all palates. The hotel's location is fantastic, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always eager to assist, making my stay even more enjoyable

Cons: The finish sauna had some issues with cold air getting in, which made it less comfortable. Additionally, the steam room was not functioning during my stay. The elevators were quite slow, and it was frustrating to see people reserving sun-beds for long periods. The furniture in the dining area could also use some refreshment.

Pros: Comfortable room, excellent spa, really kind stuff and tasty breakfast. Recommended!

Pros: Location is perfect. Spa&welness are clean and big, so you can enjoy for a while. Restaurant/cafe is very nice and cozy. Rooms clean. Perfect stay for two

Cons: Rooms are little bit small, especially bathroom (Bath cabin is very small, not suitable for average man)
