Pros: I was satisfied with cleanlines and staff in the wellnes and spa. Pool is very good The area around the hotel was under construction, and the main entrance was practically inaccessible. When I asked the reception staff where I could safely pass, they responded in an uninterested manner and told me I could walk through the construction zone at my own risk. This felt unprofessional and unsafe, and it negatively affected my overall experience at the hotel.

Pros: Nije u pitanju hotel, vec Zepterme apartmani pored hotela, tako da nije jasno zasto je označeno da se radi o hotelu. Apartman je bio odličan, na samom šetalištu.

Cons: Nema dovoljno kapaciteta za parking.

Cons: Bed was too soft and very noisy from outside - but this is centre, i understand.

Pros: The staff were super accommodating and friendly and made us feel very welcome. We arrived slightly early, ahead of our large group of 18 people on 15 motorcycles and they had everything organised and ready for us. Location was great, right on the Boulevard and not too noisy either. The rooms were very clean, pleasant with balcony and super spacious and comfortable.

Cons: There was a n issue with the internet when we were there. Wifi connected but no internet, We were travelling on a motorcycle tour and quire a few of our rider caught up with business emails of an evening and this wasn't easy. Limited internet was available but only in the lobby not in the rooms which was a shame for us.

Excellent escape for people coming from urban areas.

Pros: Location on the main corso is perfect. Rich food offer. Friendly staff.

Cons: Internet available only intermitently from time to time probably due to the amount of guests. Cold water in the pool.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant, despite a few minor inconveniences.

Pros: Breakfast and dinner were good. Parking is free of charge. The hotel staff are genuinely nice, and they are the main reason for my excellent rating of the hotel. The hotel is perfectly located right near the central promenade. The bed is perfect and comfortable, and the bathroom is nice. Everything is perfectly clean. The room is equipped with an espresso maker, an air purifier, and a minibar. It also has an air conditioner.

Cons: There were a few things I disliked. The hotel did not offer 100% Arabica coffee; instead, they served a blend of Robusta and Arabica. Additionally, there were too many promotional materials for the hotel owner’s brand, making it feel more like a shop than a hotel at times. On the first night, I couldn’t sleep until 2 AM due to loud music from the hotel restaurant. My room, although better, was unfortunately located directly above the restaurant, which was hosting a private party that night (I’m not sure if this is a regular occurrence or a one-time event).

Pros: Great servis overall, the stuff vas extremly nice and helpful, we had a problem with a car, they gave us late checkout and assist us with the problem.
