Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is great — only about 5–7 minutes walking distance from the park and the main street, which makes it very convenient. We stayed in an apartment that was spacious and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was very good — not extremely varied, but definitely sufficient and fresh. For Valentine’s Day we booked the romantic dinner with a set menu, and it turned out to be delicious and reasonably priced, which was a nice surprise. The spa area is clean and well maintained. During weekends you need to reserve a specific time slot and cannot use it outside of that period. At first this felt a bit unusual, but it actually works fine to avoid overcrowding. Free kids playroom for guests with a very kind lady taking care of the children. The most impressive part of our stay was the service — staff communication was quick, helpful and very professional.

Great place to stay for a little break
Pros: SPA is great and offers plenty of options for everyone. Delicious food and the staff is really friendly.
Cons: The pool is a little bit small for the capacity of the hotel and there's no children pool. Not all jacuzzis were working and the only one which is s working is used as a kids pool. The staff try to put some order.

Pros: Everything was excellent 👍. Highly recommend. Excellent food, excellent spa and pool, spotless clean rooms, very helpful staff and friendly also. Super pet-the cat Misa is also a hotel staff 😊.

Pros: Уште од првиот момент хотелот ни остави добар впечаток. Персоналот е исклучително љубезен и приемчив. Собата беше пространа, чиста и модерна, многу практична. Каучите во салонот беа удобни. Спа центарот е одличен, особено сауните. Доручекот беше богат со голем избор на вкусна храна, со вегански опции кои ни беа совршени за време на божиќните пости. Посебно би го издвоиле и тоа што на крај ни овозможија late check-out, па имавме шанса без брзање да уживаме во доручекот и повторно да го користиме спа центарот, токму во духот на нивниот слоган slow living. Одлично место за одмор и релаксација, топло го препорачуваме!

Pros: The hotel is very new, modern, with great interior design, that goes along with its functionality. Staff was very helpful and welcoming, we got upgraded to an apartment and it was spacious and very comfortable, living room with balcony, kitchen and bedroom. Everything necessary for the Spa is available in the room. The Spa facilities were up to date, clean modern and working greatly. Plenty of choices of saunas, steam bath, infrared, salt room, nice swimming pool for wellness lovers. Breakfast buffet offered a very good quality food and with good variety with vegan options. The apartment was nicely warmed in every room without the temperature shock to reach the Spa and going back to the room. Great thanks to Jovana, Ljubica Milica and to the night receptionist Stankovic (forgot his name), for making our stay cozy and easy going
Cons: The only missing items in the bathroom were hair conditioner and body lotion, which is ok, as long as it's communicated.

Nice clean cozy holiday resort hotel
Pros: we are very satisfied to choose n stay at this resort .The recieption boy was very kind to give us late check out due to our late arrival the day before.we enjoyed the SPA who was included in our package .the service at this hotel is very professional. this is a very cozy n beautiful town. i wish i could stay more than one day n would highly recommend to stay at this holiday resort 🌹

Can’t wait to go back
Pros: What I imagine a hotel should be like. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere, cleanliness, comfortable bedding, fantastic food and professional service. The spa was a total delight. All our needs were met and the staff were very forthcoming.
Cons: Very few things I didn’t like. The cleanliness was at a high level, but just a couple of sprays of mold remover in the corners of the shower would have made it perfect. Sorry, I’m a bit of a clean freak when it comes to bathrooms. The spa was impressively clean.

Very nice hotel for recreation or business conference in Vrnjačka Banja
Pros: Very new hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. I was there for a business conference. Very nice meeting rooms with proper facilities.
Cons: Spa was closing at 21:00 so I missed it :-(
