Amazing!

Pros: We arrived late evening. Very friendly boy welcomed is on the reception - with smile and so positive. He answered patiently to all of my questions about the hotel, but also for the town. If we go to Nis again, definitely will stay in this hotel again. Swimming pool was clean and warm!

Cons: All was amazing!!!

Pros: The level of care and attention given to us by the ladies at reception we haven't experienced for a long time. They made us very comfortable and welcome.

Cons: The rooms need a bit of upkeep.

Pros: Friendly staff, breakfast is acceptable. For one night it is okay.

Cons: It doesn't have a restaurant, we arrived at 8:00 PM so there was no place to eat near the hotel. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city in an area with warehouses and you can only go into town with your own car.

Pros: Free parking in the courtyard. The young man at the reception was supportive with every request, open and friendly. He also helped us order food. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Spacious pool with water at ideal temperature.

Acceptable for the price. good value if you use the pool :)

Pros: Looks like it was renovated recently. The room was quite spacious and clean. If we had time for the pool, I am sure it would be a better experience :)

Cons: The beds were terrible. Mattresses were the cheapest ones which you can feel every spring inside them. apart from the mattresses, the bed construction was also so wrong Every time you moved on the bed, there was a noise from the wooden material. It would be nice to have a freezer in the room together with some water.
