Niš City Center Guest House

Pros: The space was really cozy and everything was clean. They gave us good and clean toals. Something I appreciate was that we went in winter and consequently was really cold outside but they left the AC on for our arrival what we really appreciate as we were freezing ☺️ I could close completely the windows what helped me to sleep. No noise from outside even on the weekend.

Cons: The only thing I can say is that the smell of the building (not inside of apartment) was a bit bad what caused me a first bad impression, but after I entered in the apartment I felt comfortable and the building 's smell didn't annoy me anymore

Pros: Very comfortable, very perfect for travelers, friendly budget and perfect location

Cons: We don't know how to use the cooker😅

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. Easy access to property and good location near the city center.

Cons: On the cleaning side, it can be improved, stale/closed smell, and bathroom a bit more cleaned in future, also shower head needs replacement also communication with personal was ok but a bit hard from my perspective , feeling like speaking with chat gpt/ robotic

Self check in and good location

Pros: Self check in is easy, clear guidelines from the host. The location is good, close to attractions and restaurants and bus stops. Room is big, and has a fridge.

Amazing value for the money

Pros: Location couldn't be better, instructions were clear and precise, price was great, the apartment was easy to heat.

Cons: If you're a light sleeper, the street sounds can be a little too loud, as well as the footsteps of a person living in the floor above and the bed which was a bit creaky. None of the above was an issue for me though, I had a good stay.

Pros: The owner was always kind and helpful, responding to my requests very quickly. The room price was cheap, and the location was very good. Ideal for short stays.”

Cons: The heating only warmed the room, not the bathroom.

Pros: It is in the centre of Niš, but the bedroom is very quiet. It is a cozy flat.

Pros: Our second time in the same room and we couldn't complain about anything. The self check-in instructions were sent to us a few days in advance and everything was sooo smooth. AC was working, no issues with warm water.

Cons: If you are a short person the roof window would be almost impossible for you to open/close.

Pros: Upon entering from the walkway, the building/stairway is antique. The room was clean and tidy, with very easy instructions for access, and it is private. Accommodations include fridge, TV, hairdryer, AC, internet, towels.

Cons: There was no view of the center in apartment 5 since the only windows were skylights.
