Casablanca

Pros: The room was not very big, but it was more than enough to spend a night. It was clean and tidy, only few minutes of walk from the city center. The owner was kind and helpful.

Clean rooms and free parking space.

Pros: We have booked two rooms (family of 5), both were spacious, clean and warm as it was very cold weather in Nish. Location was perfect, few minutes walk to the city center. The owner was very polite.

Cons: Everything was great.

Pros: Propriety is very close to the Citadel and City Centre, it is clean and the staff is very nice. They helped us with the parking across the street.

Pros: Odlična lokacija, parking, ljubaznost vlasnika, čisto. Soba je mala, ali funkcionalna.

Pros: Very decent appartement, nice owner. It's close to the center and on a very good position for tourists. When I come back to Nis, i will book it again

Cons: It's located on one of the bussiest streets of Niš. For us it was no problem to sleep, but if you are a light sleeper, you might want to consider something on a quieter street.

Pros: Nice host, comfortable room, very close to bus station

Cons: Bit lound in the night due to vicinity of the main road, but managable

Perfect stay in Nis

Pros: Perfect location - 10 mins by feet from central square. Parking spot was booked and used. Clean, comfortable, nice hosts. Perfect experience for the family. I booked it in the last minute and everything was beyond the expectations.

Cons: No breakfast included, but actually I didn't order and wasn't expecting such. I don't know even if it is in the scope of services.

Pros: Staying at this hotel was a nice experience. Our host Milos helped us too much with his recommends. Rooms and towels are clean .There is everything are you looking for is in the room. There was air conditioning for hot summer days. Also the chocolates in the fridge was one of the good details. So From now on, Hotel Casablanca will be our only accommodation preference in the niche.

Absolutely excellent, great location, unbelievable price

Pros: Excellent location, around 600m from downtown, and the walk from the lodging to the center is along the Nišava riverbank. Room was perfectly clean, decently sized, air conditioned, and had fast free Wi-Fi. Beds were clean, comfortable and of decent size. Bathroom was a tiny bit cramped, but the shower was fairly big, and both were spotless. The room also had a fridge, which was welcome. As our group came by car, we were offered a parking space right across the street from the location, and the parking lot was locked up during the night, so there were no fears of anyone stealing from the car (though Niš is so safe that I doubt this was a risk regardless).

Cons: The only thing that wasn't perfect is more of a nitpick of mine than an actual issue, but the balcony was a bit dusty and lacked something like a chair or a small table, which would have been nice for the smoker in our group. Again, this is so minor that I would hardly call it an issue.
