Short and Sweet

Pros: I was taking part in an Uktra Cycling race, the owner stayed up late for a check in at 1am and also woke up for a 5am check out. That is great customer service

Pros: The staff was amazingly nice. The breakfast was good, we were told it's usually buffet type, but since there weren't that many guests they brought it to our table. There was no limit to the amount of food you could eat, the nice lady asked us several times if she could get us anything else. The location is great, everything you need is close to the hotel. The blanket for the bed was a bit small for two people, but there should be another one in the closet in case you need it.

Cons: It was a bit cold in the room for my liking The walls are very thin, so we could hear the guests in the room next to ours talk.

Pros: Centrally located, with parking space right in front of the hotel. Very helpful staff. Quite clean and warm inside the rooms.

Cons: The SPA centre wasn't functioning properly. Even if it did, it would be a bit expensive for what you get (it is not included in the price and has to be paid extra)

Pros: Great location with nice facilities with great staff led by the owner.

Really pleasant place to stay

Pros: The accommodation is akin to a lovely little B&B. Check-in was a breeze, the staff wonderful. Room, while small, was really functional with a double bed, plenty of storage space, extra chairs, mini-bar, full bathroom and a even a tiny terrace. Everything is clean, well-kept and renovated. Reliable wi-fi. Each room has its own key card, there's even a small breakfast/coffee room and a ton of additional wellness activities.

Cons: The street where the hotel is located is not much to look at, with low housing and no urban planning, but that's characteristic of the city as a whole, so nothing to mind.

Overall, good for one or two nights.

Pros: The location is great. Also, they have a patio at the entrance which is good if it’s raining outside. We spend there some hours in the middle of a storm drinking wine and it was great. Overall, good for one or two nights.

Cons: Smoking is allowed in the rooms, so our room smelled very badly. I think it’s annoying even for a smoker.

Pros: Nice and Secure parking for my bike. Location was perfect for me. Quiet but nice walking distance to the city center.

Good value for the money.

Pros: Location was very close to city veterans with loads of cafes, restaurants and boutiques. Hotel was very quiet.

Cons: Fee for service for spa amenities.
