Pros: Clean, high quality. We had an overnight stay, and this place was easy to reach from the highway. Easy to find.

Cons: It is next to a busy road, very noisy if you open the window. But the windows do an excellent job keeping the noise out. Could not communicate in English with the host, but we managed to understand each other.

Clean and tidy rooms for a one night transit stay with my family, very helpful host!

Pros: Perfect place for a one night stay with my family back from Greece, close to the high way. Clean and tidy rooms, very welcoming host who tried to help us in every way during our short transit stay.

Cons: Would be great to have breakfast there before we go early morning. No food consumption is allowed there which is understandable to take care of the cleanliness of the rooms. However there is a bar, very well equipped downstairs but no staff for service....it is a pity.!

Highly reccomended if touring or you wish to visit the historic city of Nis.

Pros: Very helpful owner, great access from the main road. The street has many eating possibilities and allthough on a busy road the room was well insulated. Highly reccomended if touring or you wish to visit the historic city of Nis.

Cons: Fine Suites Hotel sign.
