Excellent spa retreat — just like home

Pros: A wonderful hotel. Clean and cozy, with great attention to making sure everything you need is provided in the room. Excellent housekeeping; the rooms are warm and have heated floors. The spa has everything you need: a swimming pool, sauna, gym, and salt room. The staff show care and patience in everything they do. Very comfortable beds, with a choice of pillows and blankets. There is a small refrigerator in the room. We brought our own kettle, but you can request one at the reception. The hotel also has its own parking, so you don’t have to worry about not being able to park your car.

Cons: Breakfast did not change during the several days of our stay. It wasn’t poor, and everyone could find something to eat, but it was the same every day. There was no jacuzzi in the spa, although I saw one in some photos — perhaps it was there before. While we were staying, only one of the three saunas in the spa was operating. You need to drive to the main ski slopes, but this can also be a plus — there is parking available in front of the hotel. Without a car, it’s difficult to get around Kopaonik anyway

Cons: - small fridge turns off when you leave the room (and remove entrance-card from the slot), so you can't store food there. - there is no electric kettle (+ a few tea bags). Instead there is a coffee machine with 4 capsules. And I'm not sure if this is a universal solution for tourists. - it takes 10 minutes by bus/car to reach the Ski Center Kopaonik.

Pros: Our stay at this villa in Kopaonik was amazing! The villa is modern, spacious, and well-equipped, with a cozy fireplace and breathtaking mountain views. The highlight was the spa and indoor pool, perfect for relaxing. The hosts were welcoming , making our stay even better. Highly recommend for a luxurious and relaxing retreat!

Great experience, top location, lovely people

Pros: Everything! The host was great, super friendly and helpful! We arrived early in the morning, with the idea to go to the slopes, and they offered us a check-in right away. We had an amazing duplex for 4 people. The Spa was also nice. The location was great, not in the main village but a 10 minutes away by car. They also offer a taxi for those who don't want to drive. We will definitely come again!

Pros: Very good and delicious breakfast. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The service personnel is polite and kind. The spa and pool with great temperature and very clean.

Cons: I would recommend more variety of domestic food to be included in the breakfast option. Also, variety of food for lunch and dinner. The music in the hotel to be limited to the lobby and restaurant only, not in the corridors, since it starts early at 7.30 and ends at 22.00 hrs. and it can be heard in the rooms all the time.
