Belvedere Hills Luxury Apartments and Spa

Pros: Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and we were happy with the apartment. It was clean and well maintained, everything we needed was available, and the staff were polite and helpful. The location was also convenient for our plans and getting around the resort was easy enough. In general, the place has great potential and I would recommend it.

Cons: The night receptionist/security should ensure quiet hours and basic order. If the management improves night-time control and enforces quiet hours in the bar/common areas, it would be perfect. That said, I want to give credit where it’s due: the administrator/owner was very responsive, she cares about the guests’ experience and works hard to resolve issues quickly.

Pros: We are a family of five, plus five dogs, four large and one small and everyone had their own space in the apartment. It was comfortable, and the location was perfect for walking the dogs. A supermarket right across the road made everything even easier. Absolutely superb.

Pros: The staff is friendly, the store is across the street, and the accommodation has its own parking.

Cons: The accommodation is clean: the bed linen is clean, the room was vacuumed every day, and we received clean towels every day, but you should pay attention to the ceilings and cobwebs.

I recommend every aspect of the stay and look fwd to come back next winter trip

Pros: Rooms clean and comfy, free access to pool, sauna ...., free parking, wifi, supermarket and skipass facility right across the street, apartments are 3 km from the ski lifts

Convenient location, supermarket and ski pass outlet right across the street. 3 km from the ski center. I highly recommend and look fwd to visit again

Nice stay

Pros: The apartment was spacious and warm. The resort also has a small, lovely spa. The receptionist was very nice and helped us every time we needed assistance. The buses to the slopes leave about once an hour; otherwise, you can get there either with your own car or by taxi.

Cons: The double beds are small and cramped.

Pros: Beautiful little apartment with two bedrooms living room and basic kitchen. Nice bathroom. The spa has sauna, jacuzzi and an internal heated pool. It was available for use, The neighborhood is quite, but you can find next to the hotel, restaurants and super market. Privet parking also available.

Cons: The area is under construction.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable , nice stuff , small but cute spa

Great place for short family stay

Pros: The kitchen in the room was great and fully equipped allowing us to prepare all food we needed. The sauna was heated very well.

Cons: Water in the pool was a little bit cold. Water in spa was dirty. I wish it were changed more often.

Pros: Everything was good, the staff is very kind and pleasant

Cons: There are no claims to the hotel, but there is an active construction in the entire village, so from the window view of the mountains of garbage
