Pros: Apartment is very nice, freshly repaired, you have everything you need in the kitchen, etc. Located in a calm place but there is 5-7 minutes walk to the center. Close to terms. Also there are 2 shops closely and one bakery-cafe with pleasant prices.

Cons: Pretty big minus which is actual only for cold weather was lack of heating. It was only air conditioner in leaving room for whole apartment which was not enough - in the bathroom it was very cold. We asked for heater but didn't get it. Pity that such a nice apartment had that minus. Other things were fine.
