Pros: The apartment was very cozy and clean. The staff were very kind.

Cons: The food was repetitive and of low quality. The room was reached through a long, cold corridor.

Pros: New hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was very clean and nice. The rooms were cleaned every day. The food was very tasty and varied. The spa facilities were also excellent.

Pros: The location and the staff were very helpful. Any issue we had they solved it effectively. I liked the pool and sauna, I highly recommend to give it a try, very clean as well.

Cons: We'd have liked breakfast and dinner to be a bit more varied; we had the same menu all the days; which wasn't bad, however given the fact people are on holiday they expect more varied dishes. Anyway, the food was great.

With small details changes this will be a great hotel

Pros: Very well organized apart hotel with a free parking, nice rooms, great spa, solid breakfast and dinner. Free shuttle to the ski piste was absolutely fantastic. They gave us an early check in which was perfect.

Cons: Unfortunately we were there during the school break so the hotel was full of families with kids. It is highly unusual that the hotel didn’t have adults only policy for spa at least in the evening hours for the guests that came to rest after all on their vacation. Also the check out time at 10am is absurdly early.

Pros: Dovoljno parkinga za sve. Osoblje preljubazno, hotel nov, hodnici i sobe se jako dobro odrzavaju. Sobe prostrane, tople, svakodnevno se sredjuju i menjaju peskiri. Hrana je preukusna, bolja od većine hotela iz centra sa 5 zvezdica. Besplatan prevoz do skijališta i nazad za goste hotela.

Great value

Pros: All in all a great hotel, everything was exactly as I imagined. The sauna and pool area is the Cherry on top! Food is good, personal is very friendly

Cons: Not the cleanest room and there is a parking area issue, but I was several times in the area (at other hotels), so it seems this is the quality of the clean and parking service generally in kopaonik

Aris hotel gave us great vacation time

Pros: Great value for money, warm and spacious. Splendid spa area. Ski bus was also perfect solution to take you and pick you up from ski slopes

Cons: The one thing which was not OK was the food served at breakfast and dinner- it was enough food, but same for breakfast and dinner and same every day.

Pros: The food was very good, the staff were very friendly and the spa was excellent. The hotel was valued for money .
