Great value for money
Pros: Staff was super nice, spa is perfect with all the amenities, and the beds were comfortable.
Cons: I just didn't like the smell of the air in the children's playing room.

We advise to use this place. I gives you good impression of Serbia.
Pros: We liked everything. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. They even allowed us to check in earlier. They have nice sauna, jacuzzi, Turkish sauna, salty room and nice internal pool. Slippers and robes are provided. Food was very nice. Breakfasts rich and delicious.
Cons: We did not like that it is allowed to smoke inside of the restaurant. In the evening a lot of people smoke despite the fact that it is full of kids. It was like a shock for us.

Pros: It is a very nice hotel, the staff is friendly and you have many facilities and is affordable
Cons: I didn’t like the fact that is a little bit far from the ski resort, since I am a skier i would have like it if it was more closer to the ski resort

Pros: The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The SPA is small but complete with all the basic facilities. The breakfast is abundant and lasts until 10:30, very nice indeed for when you feel lazy to get up early. Plenty of parking.
Cons: The window on when the dinner is served is too narrow, and at an inconvenient time, at 20:00, you may still enjoy the SPA. It is far from the sky slopes, and there is no other way to reach it except by car (no bus or shuttle service)

Wonderful vacation
Pros: Exceptional staff both at the reception and in the restaurant. The waiters were always friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to talk to. They are very kind and wonderful people. It was clear that they genuinely cared about doing their job well. The reception managers assisted us with everything. Even the hotel manager, despite being very serious, was extremely helpful. Thank you very much! Since we were traveling with a small child and there was no stove in the room, they kindly provided one upon our request. Convenient parking. The food in the restaurant was delicious. We are very satisfied.
Cons: The only downside we didn’t like was that communication regarding the reservation through Booking was not maintained. For a month, we did not receive a single response from the manager, who, as it turned out, was somewhere in Belgrade. Even afterward, there was no response.
