Great vale for money especially for overnight on your trip from/to Bulgaria
Pros: Comfortable and bright apartment, friendly and helpful staff, value for money, always check for weddings for your planned stay (we had luck, there was none)
Cons: some stuff like floor lamp in apartment was loose and dangerous for toddlers, in general apartment needs small fix of basic stuff, not a single hook in living room or bathroom where you could hang your clothes or a towel

Great hotel
Pros: Great hotel and great price. Ample parking. Food delicious and a good price. Staff very polite and helpful. Dog friendly and no extra charge wich is a bonus. Highly recommended.

Cons: The location is great, very quiet. The hotel and restaurant staff was very nice and friendly. The apartment was lovely. The only one thing was that the shower needed to be fixed, because not working very properly. Will be happy to visit again🌷

Pros: Great hotel! We arrived a bit late in the evening, and probably most of the staff was home, but there was super friendly and welcoming Lady called Svetlana. She was a one woman show circling between cafe, reception, restaurant, and we never felt it like she is doing it alone. Regardless of this that we arrived later, she made her best to convince the restaurant personnel to prepare dinner for us. Parking is spacious and comfortable! Rooms spacious and well equipped.
Cons: It was a bit hard to find it, as if you are using the address from Booking.com profile, Google Maps are guiding you to an address of in my opinion warehouse, and the hotel is actually 500-600 meters after this warehouse. If you are using Google maps, just type the name of the hotel instead of using the address. All the rest was perfect!!!

Nearly perfect one-night stay en route home
Pros: I liked the staff; they were very friendly. The hotel is quite new. There's parking available. The breakfast was good.
Cons: In the same hotel, there is a venue used for celebrations and parties, and it can sometimes last late into the night. Not ideal for those looking for a calm place to sleep without disturbance.

Fabulous hotel made by the fabulous staff.
Pros: 2nd trip, this is an excellent hotel. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are very clean, very comfortable and a nice size. The bar and restaurant are excellent and serve a nice variety of food and drinks at very competitive prices. Two members of staff made our stay: 1. JELENA STEFANOVICE. thank you for your warm smile and very attentive service. You are the best reception I have ever met. 2. PETAR KOSTIE, my friend, it was a pleasure to meet you. You are obviously only happy when you are making your guests happy. You have a natural customer care attitude. You made a very wet restrictive day a pleasure by looking after our every need. I hope it's raining next time I stay and you are working 👍
Cons: We loved everything. It was function season, and the hotel was busy with graduation functions, weddings, and birthdays, but the staff still looked after us as if we were the only guests Thank you for a wonderful 2 days.
