Great as always place to be when in Pirot

Pros: Cleanliness and location, good breakfast, specious rooms and comfortable beds

Great place

Pros: Modern rooms, signs of use hear and there, but good comfort. Effective air conditioning, can be adjusted and switched off individually for each vent which is great. Good soundproofing for windows, not so good for doors. Very good location, on the main square, everything is close (restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, castle with playground and kid's entertainment). Fenced and monitored parking for free, EV charger spots. Good buffet breakfast with drinks and warm meals. Restaurant inside hotel for lunch/dinner with good food, fast to normal service time. Very good kid's playroom with slides and climbing stuff which is also accessible from restaurant (to occupy your kid while you eat). We stayed here twice and will do again when we'll be in the neighborhood.

Cons: Smells a bit from smoking, but we did not experience excessive smoking in common areas which would be annoying. (I am very annoyed by smoking generally, but it was fine)

Pros: Wonderful welcoming from the front desk. Nice big rooms. Nice size shower. 2 elevators Nice bar/restaurant area. Good breakfast included. In the centre of the shopping area with bars and restaurants.

Cons: There are no individual air conditioning units, and it would have been nice to have the rooms cooler.

Nice hotel with a good location

Pros: The hotel is with very good location right on the city cental square. There is free parking for the guests. The room was big enogh and very clean.

Cons: The electricity can be switched on by card but the there was a problem with the card device. The bathroom door couldn't close.
