Pros: Kind personnel, quiet and clean room, easy parking, overall a very pleasant stay.

Pros: Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome and well taken care of. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed.

Great rest stop on a long way by car

Pros: Kind and helpful staff, free parking, convenient location, tasty breakfast with plenty of options to choose from, great SPA zone (you can book jacuzzi and sauna for private use for an hour). The rooms are great, clean, there are comfortable beds, it's pretty quiet location, too (just a bit of noise from the corridor/other guests, but it wasn't too disturbing). Overall great experience and it gave us exactly what we were looking for: a good rest on a long way!

Pros: Returning guest; recently renovated hotel in a quiet area. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very polite and helpful staff, delicious breakfast (homemade pies and sweets, fresh fruits and vegetables, kuljen, cheeses...), great coffee... Big compliment to the front office team on 31/10 evening and 01/11 morning, very professional attitude!

Cons: Unfortunately Dragana wasn't available for a massage anymore. :( If I have to find something: freshly squeezed orange juice would be awesome, but considering the fair room rates a bit much to ask. For some people the smell of cigarettes might be irritating, but in my opinion that's nothing to complain about in Srbija.

Pros: Easy walk to main street with money exchangers, restaurants and markets for drinks, etc. Bed very comfortable. Big covered balconies, nice pool, although water is cold.

Cons: Air conditioning in ceiling in hallway, so would not cool down room at all, opened door to balcony, which kept the room cool. This could be a problem in summer months

Great place to stay

Pros: Perfect place for staying in Niš. Great nice personal, super comfy beds. Nice terrace with swimming pool on the roof. Breakfast very good and tasty. Wifi fast

Cons: Maybe little bit noise from the street, but good windows isolated the noise.

Excellent hotel experience.

Pros: The staff is exceptional. Always polite, ready to help, friendly but professional at the same time, ready for all potential challenges. For example, I needed to stay an extra night than planned, and the hotel was already booked, and the one member of the staff made sure that I can stay an extra night within the same price range in the same room! Also, the location is decent, and the free parking option makes the whole experience even better. All in all a great hotel!

Cons: The only thing that I had a little issue with was the airco, since it was very hot outside the airco needed to work harder, and it did cool down quite nicely, but the room was on the small side and the airco was positioned in the middle of the room almost above the bed. Therefore when it worked it felt like it was blowing directly above my feet which was not very pleasant. It had a timer though so it could switch off in the middle of the night, but I would have preferred if the airco unit had been positioned elsewhere in the room farther than the bed.
