Pros: Very good located, and with enough parking space. Extremely friendly staff, and kind, home-like atmosphere. Good breakfast, and coffee. I fully recommend this place as an outstanding bang-for-bucks option in downtown Nis.

Pros: The location of the hotel is close to all facilities, the owners are very kind and take into account all sorts of dietary restrictions for breakfast (gluten-free, no pork, etc.). The breakfast was delicious and a very complete meal. I highly recommend it for all that and the value of money !

Value for the money with friendly famimy hotel

Pros: Very cozy budget friendly familyhotel within walkable distance city center. Extremely delicious breakfast made by the owners. Asked a vegan porrige and that was super.

Cons: Acustics with neighbour room could have been better but since they were quiet, it was not a problem. Plumming and finishing was slavic style, but everything functioned and do not expect 5 star hotel for this price!

Cons: No curtain for the door window, so not easy to get the room dark at night
