Wonderful.

Pros: Everything was good. The location is wonderful. It’s nearby the center of the town.

Cons: Only the hot water in the bathroom, it wasn’t enought hot at the night.

Pros: The hotel is situated in the centre of Nis, very close to the most popular restaurants and few meters away from the main attractions of Nis.

The best location in the city center

Pros: Nicely decorated hotel with spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Big shower. Fantastic breakfast. Good restaurants are in few meters from the entrance.

Cons: So many stairs to the second floor and there isn't elevator. No free parking like during our former trips. The actual staff isn't that friendly that the former one.

Pros: The hotel is in the city center, close to most attractions, the room has an interesting interior design. The room is clean, the breakfast is very good. The staff is young, kind and smiley.

Cons: It is noisy and lively until late in the evening from the restaurants around the hotel. It is recommended to soundproof the windows.

Nice Stay, But Mind the Details

Pros: The hotel is centrally located and has been recently renovated, so the interior is modern and fresh. The lady at the reception was extremely kind and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The room was clean, and the breakfast was decent.

Cons: The layout of the hotel is a bit unusual, with narrow corridors that make it difficult to pass through comfortably with luggage. Additionally, there is no elevator, which can be inconvenient if you're carrying heavy bags. I stayed in Room 105, which is located right next to the breakfast area — unfortunately, this meant it was quite noisy in the morning, and the smell of food easily drifted into the room, making it less pleasant to rest or relax.

Fantastic room

Pros: I loved our room. It was big with high ceilings and a comfortable bed. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived but we were able to leave our luggage and then check in a bit earlier than the official time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a small buffet sep and coffee or tea. Highly recommended.

The hotel itself is a beautifully refurbished old building that blends classic charm with modern comfort. My room was cosy, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Niš!
