Excellent spot - Great bar

Pros: Very friendly staff, close to a large supermarket, close to city centre. Best of all is the bar in the garden, I didn’t go out I chilled with the kitten outside

Oasis in Niš

Pros: A very well located guesthouse for an exploring Niš. Friendly stuff that helped with the parking and local recommendations. A garden and a restaurant is a true oasis to chill in the evening.

Nice surprise during our second visit

Pros: Almost everything. But we stayed in the building across the street, which is new and spacious.

Cons: A bit more cleaning, especially behind washing maschine or other places which are hidden for the first view.

Pros: The property is within walking distance of the city center and has its own parking place, which is a plus. The girl from the reception was really nice and welcoming.

Cons: The place looks as if it would need more attention. The garden is not well maintained, the pond is empty with green water inside, and the stairs' windows look like they were cleaned in the last century. Inside, it was clean, but the furniture would benefit from an update, and the mattresses were particularly hard. I know it's a matter of taste, but for us, they were very uncomfortable.

Nice flat for family

Pros: The breakfast was perfect, you can chouse what do you want to eat of traditional dish from city of Nis.

Cons: Nothing, everything is ok in this apartment. We have very nice Livingroom, Bedroom and Bathroom. Two words to explain nice flat for family

Pros: Beautiful accomodation. Great positioning, close to the Nis fortress/park. A bunch of options in the area when it came to restaurants and places to eat, plus there is a shopping mall nearby. Will definetly consider next time I am visiting Nis.

A hidden gem.

Pros: The hotel receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is a hidden gem with a beautifully maintained garden with contemporary and comfortable furniture. We enjoyed a g&t relaxing in the garden after a long day exploring. The breakfast omelette was delicious. The location was perfect and just a short walk from the main square and Tinkers Alley. The room was a little dated but comfortable and clean. The free onsite parking was a bonus. I would recommend this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay.
