Pros: Lux apartment 13 is very cosy, well equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, perfectly located, at a walking distance froim the central area of Nis, and easy to access. Getting the keys was smooth, the host was very kind, responsive, and helpful. For a parking option I would recommend to use the outdoor parking space, since the one in the underground parking is quite narrow. I recommend it for the overall positive experience. I would happily stay here again!

Pros: It is a modern, beautiful and very clean place. Before our arrival we received very detailed information (including short video and photos) how to park our car and enter the apartment so the checkin in was super easy.

Pros: Clean and nice apartment. Everything was very nice.

Cons: The only minor problem we had was the parking lot. It was very narrow. For your reference I'm driving a C series Mercedes. I think if you drive something bigger your car is not going to fit in there.
