Home sweet home!

Pros: The apartment is excellent, fully equipped, modern and located in a great zone, all the city attractions are within walking distance. The host is friendly and very supportive, he provided me with valuable information about the area, places to visit and things to do, and also he was always available for anything I needed. The apartment is clean and all the appliances work perfectly, the fact that a full kitchen is available is an amazing plus and together with the secure and private parking space rounded up my experience totally. It’s an absolute 10.

Pros: Very nice, really clean and cozy apartment. It has everything you need for comfortable stay. It feels like it was built with the thought of people living there: it has a lot of hangers in the bathroom, a place for shower things, shelves and a good hairdryer. We also liked the balcony, very clean and beautiful. We've really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Everything was perfect! Apartment is clean and tidy, owner was very kind and willing to help. Great parking in underground garage nearby and really close to city center. Owner also granted us huge check out delay until 17 hours next day.

Cons: If someone needs to know this, sometimes there is a dog in the yard or at the entrance of the building.

Pros: From the moment we arrived, Nemanja greeted us with genuine warmth and hospitality. The apartment exceeded expectations with its meticulous attention to detail and extensive array of kitchen essentials and small accessories. It's easily one of the best-equipped places I've stayed in. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Nemanja again next time I'm in Niš.

Pros: Kudos to the owner who was friendly and willing to help us. The room was just the size it was needed, it has everything you need for a short visit. The room has an air conditioner that is sufficient to maintain the heat of the room. The kitchen is fully equipped. There was always hot water.

Cons: There was a stench in the bathroom from sewage. There are a lot of stairs to the accommodation, so it's a bit of a problem if you have a baby, but it's not too bad. The accommodation was tidy (clean bed linen, bathroom, kitchen), but there was a lot of dust.

Pleasant stay downtown

Pros: Cosy apartment, just few minutes walk to the city centre. Fully equipped, clean, with cute balkony. Situated next to a famous restaurant and corner shop grocery. Literally one hundred meters away from the safe, locking garage parking. Owner is helpful and nice person. Would come again.

Good place to visit Nis

Pros: Location close to the centre of Nis. Excellent landlord, very responsive and flexible. The apartment is quite comfortable and well equipped. The underground parking is 100 mt. Away from the apartment, but it is very spacious and shared with other vehicles. Good compromise quality/price.

Cons: Bit of smell coming out from toilette that in any case was quite clean 👌.
