Bulgaria 🇧🇬

Pros: Good value/price. Very clean, very silent. All the facilities, beds, towels etc, were great.

Cons: A bit small parking spot for bigger cars, which has nothing to do with the owner. The view of the neighbours backyards seemed a bit messy but this is expected - it's an apartment in a living area, not a hotel. The A/C remote keypad is not responsive all the time.

Pros: Flat was super clean and cosy, well equiped, huge balcony and host very helpful from the beginning, excellent communication. Easy instruction to self checking and super close to center, view minutes by walk. Highly recommend.

Pros: Everything was nice and clean, very well furnished. The instructions we were given by the hosts were clear and helpful. Everything is well thought of and a big plus is the parking slot! The internet was very good too.

Cons: The hot water wasn't enough for both of us to shower, but I guess we took longer than usual to shower.

Good for short stays

Pros: Studio is conveniently located in the centre of the city. A short walk to the shops and some nice restaurants. Brand new building.

Cons: Kitchen window lacks a blinds or some curtains. No proper wardrobe.

Pros: A beautiful, modern apartment just 10 minutes from the main sights. It has secure parking — a small box, but we easily fit our SUV. The owner sends a simple video with clear instructions for check-in. Highly recommended!

Pros: A rest stop on the way home. Very modern accommodation. Quick check-in and check-out, all instructions were given explicitly. Location close to the center of Nis to have quiet. We had free parking and even though the parking lot is tight, we managed to use it without any problems even with a relatively large car. The apartment is very modernly furnished, and the building has a security system. We will gladly return for a longer stay.

Pros: The property was located close to the city center so it was very convenient. The host was also very accommodating to my requests, and I am super thankful. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Nis!
