Nice hotel near Highway,with big Parking Lot

Pros: The room is ok,there is big parking lot,the cute and helping young ladies at the reception,the fact that the hotel is near the highway,good wifi,there is a a la carte breakfast(no continental breakfast) ,you get a list with options.(there were not a lot of people for continental breakfast ....

Cons: The problem is that in Serbia there is no law against smoking in closed spaces,so the room has the stench of smoking,the restaurant also,and for non smoking people it really sucks,especially in the night,the smell is already impregnated in the walls,so soon as you enter any room,you sense it,so for that reason and the a la carte breakfast i think 88 euros is too expensive .... PS: the floor in the room and bathroom is very slippery,ant the tv has a wierd position from bed....

Good for a stopover on the way to central Europe

Pros: Value for money hotel during our stop to Nis on our way to Budapest. Private parking free of charge. Very close to the motorway.

Pros: We liked the easy access from the main road but our room was on the main floor so we have heard all the noise from the reception

Cons: The noise from the reception, the door was old and we heard all the noise and we also could see the lights from the corridor because the door had a gap

I recommend it for transit and short stays.

Pros: Good location for transit. Ok for travel. Has a restaurant for lunch and dinner, very good quality. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Cleanliness ok. Price/quality ratio ok.

Very nice for a short stay

Pros: The hotel makes a good impression and is easy to find, located close to the highway. Perfect for a one night stay. Parking lot available. The room is comfortable and clean.

Cons: Small Details in the room that should be repaired like unstable sink or the damaged points at the door, but it has no influence on the total impression and the quality-price ratio is very good.

Pros: Generous parking and very good breakfast, spacious room with little noise from the neighbours.

Cons: Leaky shower made me slip and fall, generally the rooms smelled like someone was smoking before. I know Serbia still allows indoor smoking, but there are a lot of tourists that appreciate fresh rooms.

Simply a good hotel

Pros: The location of the hotel is very convenient for travelers to and from the southern Balkan countries, as it is close to the highways. The city center can be reached in just 15-20 minutes by bus No. 10. The bus stop is across the street. By the way, public transportation in Niš, including bus No 10, is free from July 1, 2025. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very nice. There is a secure, private parking behind the building. Good value for money.

Cons: There was a constant bad smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby and the bar behind the reception, which could also be felt in the corridors. There were 2 bottles of water in the room, but compared to a 4-star hotel, we missed a kettle in the room. The breakfast was ultimately sufficient, even if the choice of food was modest. Since breakfast is only served from 7am, all the transiting passengers besieged the restaurant at once. Suggestion: serve breakfast earlier!
