Great

Pros: A wonderful house located in a very beautiful and secluded place. We easily reached it by taxi from the Kopaonik bus station in just 10 minutes. The host met us upon arrival, gave us a detailed tour of the house, and was always available for any questions. The house is very cozy, with an easy-to-use fireplace and a full set of furnishings for a comfortable stay. The sauna works perfectly. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the tap water is clean and drinkable. The location is stunning, with Šiljak Peak nearby, which we hiked to every day. The views from the top are breathtaking in all directions. There are also forests and trails nearby for peaceful walks.

Cons: There are three separate houses on the shared property, one of which is entirely yours. However, it was very quiet, and no one disturbed us. Also, not all the furnishings are brand new, but everything works flawlessly.

Mountain villa

Pros: Fantastic place with amazing view. There is everything needed.

Lovely stay in the village area

Pros: A cosy place with sauna, fireplace and view to the Treska Mountain. The heating system is controlled remotely by host, however he was easy to reach-out, helpful and friendly. You should expect 15-20 min drive to the centre of the resort if you leave you skis in the rental overnight, though the nearest lift is closer.

Cons: The property would benefit from a dishwasher, microwave and electric cattle. Though there was no confusion/surprise that they would not be available.

Pros: Holiday home was perfect, very spacious, equipped with fireplace and sauna. Less than 10 minutes drive to center, placed in the nature with an amazing view. The host was great, making sure we had everything we needed. For every recommendation, amazing place not just for winter holiday, for summer as well.

Pros: Amazing views, cosy chalet, brilliant sauna, super helpful host - everything we could have needed! We managed fine in a 2-wheel drive with snow chains. Most amazing views (again!), in a cosy and quiet corner of Kopaonik.

Cons: The kitchen was fine for cooking for 5 people each night, but could benefit from a few more things like wine glasses, or smaller pots that can fit side by side on the stove. Nothing major though!

Golden Point of Serbia

Pros: The house owner, the home, the location of the home everything was perfect for us. But it's necessary to indicate this point, if you want to go to Floris you should be prepared. You should have your own car or be able to pay taxis to do whatever you want. Because of the location most of the things are far away. For us, this was what we wanted.

Pros: Everything. The house itself, its location, the view. Very well equipped apartment. E.g. Sauna, parlour game, spices in the kitchen, grill in the garden, etc.

Pros: We really loved this house! From the wooden interiors to the amazing views- it's stunning and it's great for a family or two couples. I really liked that's located in a quiet area, away from the crowded ski places, but it's 10 minutes away from the ski lifts. The house has everything you need, to cook, relax in the sauna or by the fireplace.

Pros: Все современные удобства в деревенском доме. Немного тесная кухня. Зимой дом отапливается только если зажигать дровянной камин, экзотика современного мира.

Cons: За покупками надо ехать машиной, ближайший магазин в 40 минут хотьбы пешком. Скрип деревянных полов на 2-ом этаже возле спален и лестницы.

Pros: Kuća je na fenomenalnoj lokaciji.Sve suprotno od investitorskog urbanizma kojima su naše planine izložene. Doživljaj prirode je nemoguće opisati. Sve je još lepše i udobnije nego sto je prikazano na slikama. Domaćin je ljubazan i veoma uslužan..Sledeći put ćemo pokušati doći kad bude sneg.
