Unique stay on a zoo

Pros: what an amazing stay :) seeing the animals was such an amazing experience.

It was great

Pros: the staff was great and was here for every need you have

Cons: water in the swimming pool was cold, and we couldn't use it

Fine for a night and a short change of scenary at the zoo

Pros: - Breakfast was very nice (french toast with eggs was a nice and pleasant surprise) - The staff was really great, extremely nice people (big thank you to the lady that took care of our breakfast) - The location itself (once you get there) - The zoo has a lot of specimens (more than we expected)

Cons: - The bathroom smell was awful (I'm sure they would have helped us with another room if we asked for it, but since we only stayed for a night we didn't want to do that) - The access road to the location was terrible to drive on, especially during night (it's extermely narrow) while having cars coming from the opposite direction and with unexpected bumps/holes in the road. Some road indicators would also have been helpful - Not necessary something bad or unfair, but it may be confusing for other people like ourselves to see reviews mentioning free entrance to the zoo for customers already booking the night there. That's not correct: buying tickets separately is required. So I'm mentioning this here for other people to see it and have correct expectations.

Pros: Very nice place, good food. The zoo nearby is excelent for kids.

A very pleasant stay in a lovely place

Pros: Very nice location friendly people very clean excellent service the food breakfast and dinner was perfect!!!the zoo was very clean and well organised and all the animals were in great condition and well fed

Cons: You have to do something about the small bathroom and the slippery floor very dangerous after using the shower!!

Pros: Great place to rest! Great people, and very nice zoo! We will be here again next time for sure. It was clean, good breakfast, pleasant also for kids and for adults.

Pros: Nice bungalow for a family of 4, spacious. Obviously new,still in construction, but clean. Nice towels and sheets. In the whole complex you can see a lot of effort. Nice staff in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Good menu, big portions, good price., Beautiful SPA and Zoo.

Cons: Breakfast could be with a bit more diversity, it was at one moment 20 of us in a restaurant. There was enough food, but no cereal( it was not on the menu that day).

Great location

Pros: It is a very nice hotel, located 5 km from the highway. We were accommodated in a bungalow, the room size is big enough for 2 adults with 2 children. Very nice zoo, many species of exotic birds and animals, so children have something to do and don't get bored. It is really an experience to wake up in the middle of the night to the roar of a predator :). The restaurant serves food until late, which is very ok especially when you are traveling with children and they are always hungry.

Pros: great location, nice environment. Friendly staff and delicious food. Recommended for value for money. The zoo is really beautiful. We loved it.

Cons: The quality of the coffee offered in the breakfast price is poor. However, I drink the paid coffee. The constant cigarette smoke everywhere is disturbing, especially if you come with children.
