Art Studio

Cons: Немам замерки.

Pros: The property was more than enough for me and my friend. We stayed for just one night, but it was comfortable and quiet! Overall experience, 10/10 (There is no elevator, so in summer it is a bit harder to climb upstairs 😅)

Pros: Such a great find! Clean, practical and affordable. Clear instructions given from the host. Would visit again.

Lovely host, comfortable and well ornamented Studio.

Pros: The studio was perfectly ornamented, cleaning was superb and location was perfect to avoid traffic and still be able to visit Nis main points of interest. Communication with the host was brilliant, he took care that everything was right in order to accommodate and enjoy our stay.

Cons: It is an old building with no elevator. Lifting up a 27kg luggage 6 floors was not an easy task specially after several days of driving. Also, at night , the people staying behind us started to drag furniture around and a lot of noises were coming, sadly ruining our rest (which was really needed).

Excellent will book again.

Pros: Super clean, really aesthetic, exceptionally spacious. Love the record player and the records its equipped with! Cooking was a breeze and I had all the necessary equipment. I stayed in 10+ apartments in Nis and this one is far by the best, generally and value for money.

Pros: Domacin je vrlo ljubazan, zeli da odgovori na svako pitanje.

Cons: Apartman je na sestom spratu bez lifta, pa ako nosite stvari, nije bas zgodno. Ostalo sve ok.

Impressed

Pros: Perfect Communication. Very clean, warm and cozy. There was everything that you need.

Cons: On the last floor (5th floor) without elevator

Very nice place

Pros: Clean, bright and spacious apartment. AC is strong and quiet, bed is very comfortable. Nice place to stay, recommend it.

Cons: 7 floor and no elevator

Amazing Studio 10/10

Pros: Truly enjoyed this cozy studio with an amazing view. I have to commend the modern aesthetic, comfort and cleanliness of the place, especially within this price range (extremely affordable for what you're getting) - photos provided by the host perfectly encapsulate what you're getting. All the best for the host as well who was communicative, helpful and pleasant to interact with. Would recommend for anyone visiting Niš 10/10.

Pros: Great small apartment with all amenities needed. Easy communication with host.
