Pros: The apartment was exactly as seen in the pictures. It is new, clean and nicely decorated (I especially liked the wooden details). We had everything we needed, hot water, comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The view is amazing and we especially enjoyed the deck on the little balcony. It is really value for money. The location was easy to find thanks to the detailed directions of the very helpful host, Uros. It is not in the city center but it is easy to reach by car and there is a parking lot for you. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great place to stay in beautiful Niš

Pros: Apartment is new, very comfortable and pleasant to stay. Communication with the owner was so easy, he was very friendly, responsive and helpful. We will return for sure/

Cons: Everything was great, maybe suggestion to the owner to include some tea or coffe (Ness or espresso), or some water. It doesn't cost much but it does make a difference.

Pros: The apartment was very beautiful, modern and new with beautiful wooden elements. The balcony deck was cosy and you could enjoy a drink at night or your coffee in the morning. Parking is included which is very convenient. The communication with the owner was excellent giving us information about the check-in, the surroundings and restaurants. They even offered us red eggs and a traditional Easter cake (we were there on Easter Sunday). The only recommendation that I could make is a darker window shade on the bedrooms' skylights. Thank you very much for everything!!
