Pros: The place was spacious, and had everything needed for a stay. Very close to the city centre and amenities.

Cons: The check-in time is very late (4pm), maybe this could be reduced to 3pm, however the guest is also fairly flexible and was happy for us to check out a bit later the day after, so overall it's not a huge issue.

Exceptional for the price paid! :)

Pros: The owner was super friendly and always answered my silly questions. He helped me and my fiance plan our holiday. The house is very very well located and the area is quiet. If I ever come to Nis again- I will stay here for sure. It has everything you need:- Wifi is very good and included. The Ac is great works very good. The kitchen had cutlery, a mini fridge, a kettle and one hot plate. We also had towels.

Pros: It's s great place tk stay in Nis, near to the city center, clean, comfortable,fully equipped kitchen, AC, TV, towels and in good price. Host prepared us the room and sent every detail via booking. Even though we had to check out early and he wasn't there, there was no problem to just leave the money for the stay in the room and simply leave.

Cons: No-one appeared at the time we checked in as it was supposed to to collect money and stuff.

Pros: The landlord and the house I stayed in were very good. My landlord was very modest. I will definitely choose this place when I come here again. I recommend it to everyone. It is definitely a place to stay. It is even better if it is close to the city.

Pros: Nice location with all the necessary equipments. Place is nice and cozy with a comfortable bed. The apartment look much better than in the pictures. Absolutely best for the price.

Great value for money with very helpful host

Pros: We were delayed a lot with our travel. The host was very helpful and waited for us. Provided a guide for nearby stuff. Helped us with paying for public parking. There are very good restaurants nearby and you are fairly close to the city center. Vintage apartment, great water pressure, great value for money.

Cons: There was no hanger in the bathroom, but there is plenty of space around the sink to put your towel.
