Pros: Lovely little apartment, very cozy and clean. The bathroom is big and spotless, and the balcony view over the whole city is just amazing, especially at night. Perfect for a short stay!

Cons: Parking can be a bit challenging if you arrive late in the evening, but overall it’s a great place for a short stay!

Very good apartament!

Pros: Good location, close to center city, clean and safe apartament, well equipped for sleep, quick meals, hygienne, supermarket at the corner of the block, free parking down the block, friendly and prompt host who offered us good advice. Very good value for money.

Cons: One thing to improve- there is air conditioning in one room and although the air circulates in the whole apartament in one room It is cold and in the other the temperature remains still warm. I don’t know if this can be sorted out somehow (in one night stay, we did not figure It out). Also, maybe the windows can be opened and then you can do this to cool down the temperature in the room (again, in one night stay, we did not have time to check this) (It world be useful for next guests to advise). (If it’s high temperatures this can be an issue for sleep) Wifi - with ups and downs.

Pros: This is what I would like to see always on Booking: clean, neat, cozy place, with a big bed, towels, nice bathroom and a fridge. AC present in the room. The apartment was easy to find, and the owner was flexible in terms of when I paid him. On the top of that, I paid reasonable price.

Pros: Everything was clean and tidy, two levels flat with a nice view from balcony , ideal to seat and relax. Very good communication with a host. Short distance to city centre, local shop open long hours., excellent value of money. Highly recommend.

Nice, clean, tidy, safe apartment to stay there again and again.

Pros: The apartment was perfectly clean and tidy. Safe, secure, quiet and with the nice views to both sides of the building it was in. About 10 minutes walk from the city centre and a few groceries shops within 1 minute walk. Host was kind and ready to assist in any way. I would definetelly stay there again, if available.

Cons: Nothing, really. All was excellent and very good value, too.

Homey apartment with stunning views and convenient location

Pros: This apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, from a short to a long stay. Vladimir is very communicative, and the apartment is very homey. The front and back views are stunning. Internet was a must since we had to work from home, and it was an excellent choice to stay in Nis. The apartment is close to everywhere in Nis + a mini market underneath.

Cons: As full-time travelers and digital nomads, we are very picky, and in this apartment, it is hard to find something you don't like. It is just perfect.
