Pros: « Kutak » is a wonderful place, clean and cozy, well equipped, located by Cair park. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. We’ll surely book it next time we are in Nis!

Pros: Great host. Nice apartment. Good location. Has all you need for a nice stay.

Cons: Can't be improved, because it is how it is, but it is really near the railway and the sound of train is quite uncomfortable. Good thing is that train is not passing during the nights.

Very clean, welcoming, comfortable, nice location, and owner was very professional

Pros: Many things but if I would have to choose it would be the cleanliness and the conveniency of the property.

Pros: The host is great, responded immediately to every question, very friendly. Location is also great, 10 min walk to the city center ànd litterally next to a huge public park.

Cons: No curtains on the windows which makes it very hard not to wake up with the sunrise. Living room sofa could be replaced with a new one. Overall, nothing that the host's kindness can't outshine :)

Skvělý poměr cena výkon, skvělá komunikace s hostitelkou.

Pros: Lokalita super, byt měl skvělé centrální topení a voda v koupelně tekla skvěle. Dostatek nádobí, kuchyňského vybavení i nečekaně hračky pro dítě.

Cons: Kuchyňských utěrek a toaletního papíru je omezené množství - musíte si dokoupit. Byt byl uklizený, ale u některých kusů ručníků jsme si nebyli jistí a některé nádobí jsme museli umýt.
