One night in Nis

Pros: We were very impressed with the apartment. The location could not have been better, so central. The gentleman who welcomed us was very helpful with restaurant ideas. I would definitely stay again.

Pros: it’s in the total city center, everything you need is in a few minutes away.

Cons: the host is very hospitable, everything is very clean and new.

Pros: Wonderful location on the central square of the city, close to everything - restaurants, cafes, shops, Niš Fortress. Good transport accessibility - the central bus station (where buses from the airport also stop) is within walking distance, less than 1 km. About 40-50m away there is a public transport stop on many city lines. The apartment is very clean, well furnished with everything you need, constant hot water in the bathroom. Our apartment also had a balcony overlooking the central square, with a table and chairs - an ideal place for coffee or breakfast. The owner is friendly, helpful. Communication with him is without a problem - he immediately responds to emails or phone calls. He provided us with a place to leave our luggage after check-out until our departure, and helped with the luggage up the stairs.

Cons: The apartments are on the 2nd floor without an elevator, which may be inconvenient for the elderly or people with walking problems, but for everyone else it is not a problem. The owner himself offers to help with the luggage.

Pros: Beautifully furnished, great location right at the city centre. Clean, friendly host, he helped us find a free parking space.

Cons: There was no iron, everything else was alright.

Pros: Lovely apartment, great location and a pleasant host. It was easy to get the keys and we could check out early. Met all our needs. We recommend it.

Pros: The location is top. The bed and the sofa are very comfortable.

Sjajan smeštaj

Pros: Apartman je sjajan, na odličnoj lokaciji, bukvalno se nalazi na trgu pored tvrđave. Odlično je opremljen, krevet je preudoban i zaista je sve bilo jako čisto. Za preporuku!🤗

Pros: Great staff. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom (quality products). Excelent location right in the center of the city. Paid parking near by. Good recomandation for restaurant near by. Bean grinding coffee machine

Cons: Noisy location, but normal considering that it is located in the center. 2 floor, no elevator

Cozy , comfortable place to stay in nis

Pros: The location is really really good , right besides Monument to the Liberators of Nis. Close to bus station, fortress & shopping street , restaurants & supermarket. The host is very nice. The apt is very cozy & the bed & sofa are very comfortable. I really appreciate the little welcome gift which is very sweet. Love the smell of the home amora and the shower get & shampoo.

Cons: Water in the shower drain away quite slow, maybe unclog/ maintenance repair is needed. But all other things are very good.

Pros: Everything was perfect! The host was kind and we don't have any problems! Recommended at the top of the centre!
