Extremely good flat for the price!

Pros: Everything about this place was great great great. We loved the interior, comfy bed and pillows, bathtub, sofa, kitchen is huge, and the whole apartment was very spacious. Curtains/blinders were so helpful cause of the street lights at night and sunlight in the morning. Two great closed balconies, specifically good and handy, for summertime, but we didn't have to use them in the winter. Hosts were extremely kind and helpful even though they hadn't been around. Huge markets (DIS and Lidl) are just across the street, which was very handy. We will most definitely come again if the place is available. The bus stop is 3 min away from the flat.

Cons: Radiators in the bedroom and bathroom and one in the living room were not in use even though it was very cold outside. AC and the heater were helpful but not enough for other rooms. The ceiling in the bathroom was damaged by moisture. The Orthodox church outside was beautiful, but the uncontrollable bells in the morning were extremely difficult for sleeping, so it's advisable to go early to bed if possible. The place is at the end of the city so you will most probably use the cab or rent a car.

Veoma dobar apartman, rado bih se vratila i sigurno ću ga preporučiti svima koji idu u Niš.

Pros: Lep, uredan, svetao i prostran stan, odlično povezan sa centrom grada. Sjajni i predusretljivi domaćini, veoma ljubazni.

Pros: Super saradnja sa vlasnicima, bilo je dozvoljen ulazak ranij, uz prethodni dogovor. Vidimo se ponovo sigurno

Qualità prezzo vale la pena

Pros: L’ Appartamento pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario, collocato in un quartiere tranquillo e ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici. Ottima la connessione WIFI e l’aria condizionata è stata una salvezza nelle giornate calde quest’estate. Diversi supermercati vicini.

Cons: Per i soggiorni lunghi (come nel nostro caso di 2 settimane) ci è mancata la lavatrice e il microonde.

Pros: Odlično, čisto, prostrano, svetao i topao stan, vrlo prijatno iskustvo i ponovićemo ga. Hvala na svemu, sve je bilo vrlo jednostavno i lako.

Pros: Smeštaj kao na slikama, ispunio naša očekivanja, čak i više... Nalazi se izvan centra grada, pa su mir i tišina zagarantovani, a u blizini se nalaze supermarketi, mali marketi, restorani, kafići... Sve preporuke...

Pros: U blizini imaju prodavnice, kafane, crkva. Sve sto je potrebno. Apartman je funkcionalan.

Cons: Slika na zidu od nekog gospodina koji izgleda kao da vas posmatra. I sto nema usisivac, bili smo 8 dana pa nam je bio potreban.

Pros: Nice host very friendly and every time she is here for your requests.

Cons: Nothing everything is just perfect.

UNDERBART

Pros: Allt var underbart, lägenheten är stor och välstädat. Sängen är mycket bekvämt, internet är perfekt.Ägaren är mycket trevligt och hjälpsam. Vi tackar så mycket och återkommer gärna igen
