LP Premium Studio

Pros: We had an amazing 15-night stay at LP Premium Studio in Niš. From the first day, we truly felt like home. The apartment is modern, stylish, very quiet, and perfectly located. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the biggest advantages is the excellent location — Neuromedic Clinic is very close, which was extremely convenient for us. This makes the studio a perfect choice for anyone visiting Niš for medical treatments or check-ups. Luka is an exceptional host — very friendly, always available, and quick to respond to any questions. He made our stay completely stress-free and pleasant. We highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Niš and would definitely stay here again!

Pros: I had a one-night stay at LP Premium Studio in Niš and honestly wished I could stay longer. The studio is beautifully designed — clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It feels calm and well cared for, not just “prepared for guests.” The bed was extremely comfortable, the space was spotless, and all the little details (lighting, cleanliness, quietness) made a big difference after a long day. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant, with clear instructions and a genuinely welcoming attitude. For a short stay, this place exceeded expectations and felt both practical and cozy. I would absolutely recommend LP Premium Studio to anyone visiting Niš.

Pros: Luka (the host) was friendly, positive and easy to contact. He offered to help us with our bags since we were there for a medical procedure and he allowed us to stay as long as we needed the last day before we checked-out. The place was tidy and clean and very close to the hospital. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Cons: We would have preferred to pay online for the booking of the apartment.

Excellent

Pros: I liked how great the host was, and light in the living room was awsome.

Pros: Excellent interior design, probably the best I’ve seen in an affordable studio apartment: inspiring. It’s clean, in good condition and it had everything I needed. The host was very helpful and all the formalities took minutes.

Cons: I guess it would be even better if it had a microwave and/or a coffee machine. It has a džezve, but I’m not familiar enough with it to use it well.

Kratki predah

Pegla nova.

Miran dio grada.

Nice apartment

Pros: New apartment, not in the city center, but great location for l needed. Close to clinic. You have bus stop 4 min from the apartment, Lidl 7-8 min. And i think its free parking infront. Very quiet, good for having a good sleep. Not sure that l saw terrace as described, but over all really nice experience. I dont expect 5 atar resort, but at least one supply of coffee/coffee pad would be nice. Owner was great, easy communication.

Cons: N/A

Svaka preporuka Dogovor ispostovan
