DOWNTOWN ROOMS

Pros: Location is in the middle of the town center. And the room was soundproof. We thought that we wouldnt be able to sleep because of the nearby restaurant's, but luckily we were wrong. Zero noise. There is a lots of small cabinets and wardrobes in the room , you can put your stuff enywhere... We had small refrigerator,hair dryer, coffee , tea and several towels left for us on bed and in cabinet Kind note: bring slippers.

Cons: the bed we slept in was not comfortable, the mattress was too soft and our backs hurt :( and the shower cubicle had no door, we were trying to be carefull while showering but anyhow , water succeeded to be everywhere...

Good location

Pros: Very central, a comfortable room with a lovely bathroom. Clean and helpful staff.

Pros: We liked that it was very central and everyone was so helpful the lady offered to let us stay in the room till the time we had to checkout we appreciated that a lot

Pros: The room is clean with necessary amenities. The location is great. The property also accommodated my late check-in out of reception hours.

Cons: No elevator, so be mindful if you have a lot of luggage. Cash only - but there are many ATMs within 3 min walk, so it is ok.

Pros: The location is wonderful in the middle of the center of the city in the old pedestrian street so we could explore easily because we stayed only for one night. The apartment was warm, clean and cosy - good value for the money. For sure we will come here again when we are going through Niš. 🌻

Amazing place, would definitely come back!

Pros: Great place right on Kazandzisko Sokace with lovely hosts. Rooms were lovely and charming, toilet was amazing.

More than perfect

Pros: This place is the best, if you want to be at the middle of everything! Definitely when i come back to Nis i would like to stay here again. Very lively street and so comfortable rooms they are offering, down you have very beautiful restaurant. Special thank to the receptionist woman, which i ask her to put cake for my sister’s birthday and she choose the most delicious one. I highly recommend this place! 🙌🏻

Pros: The location was perfect! Buzzing with trendy as well as traditional Serbian restaurants, cafes and bars. Located in the city centre nearby the city promenade, shopping centres, etc. The room was really clean and comfortable. Lots of spaces for luggage and clothes. It took some time to work out how to put the air-con on, but once on, it worked perfectly, since it was 37C when we arrived.

Cons: The communication from the hotel could have been better. For example, we found from the restaurant bellow our accommodation that we could use vouchers for breakfast, but we were never offered this from the hotel its self. It’s a great selling point, shame it’s not publicly advertised. Also, during our second day of stay hot water was not available throughout the day and evening. I reported it and was told it was fixed, however, no hot water the following day either. I didn’t bother reporting it again as we were leaving anyway. During our stay there was no one at the reception which was a bit frustrating as I needed a wi-fi password, which I only got the second day of our stay when I called the owner, and was told the password was located on the floor we were staying. This information should have been given to us when we arrived.

Overall, I recommend this apartment as the location is superb and the staff were very friendly. It is a must-visit place

Pros: I liked the antique charm of the property. It was like walking back in time, and you can sense this in the music that was played every night in the bars. The hotel was in a historical part of Niš where gourmet cuisine and music intertwine.

Cons: I did not like the fact that this apartment did not have a kitchen. I also wish there was more room to put our suitcases and other belongings.

Pros: The location was good for seeing Nish, as it is in the downtown centre. However, parking might be a bit difficult to find in the streets since it is very busy. Fortunately, there is a good two-story parking near the block.

Cons: There was a lot of loud music during the night. That could be good for those who love nightlife.
