Heart of Niš Lux

Pros: The apartment is located in the city center, in a pedestrian area, opposite the mall. Nearby there are several restaurants and cafes as well as tourist attractions.

Cons: If you are driving, it can be difficult to find a parking space and not near the apartment. All parking spaces are paid and the closest ones are limited to 1 hour. The wi-fi didn't work and although I contacted the owner, the problem wasn't solved.

Spotless, truly central stay with swift, professional communication

Pros: We booked last-minute (unexpected windshield replacement meant a 1.5-day stop in Niš) and the hosts prepared everything impressively fast. The apartment was spotless and neatly arranged, exactly as described, and—true to its name—right in the heart of the city. It was pleasantly pre-cooled when we arrived, and communication was clear, timely, and courteous.

Cons: One thing to note (not the property’s fault): in the early morning, when city noise drops, the sound of aircraft taking off/landing becomes noticeable. It surprised us the first dawn, but otherwise our stay was excellent.

Amazing apartment, walking distance to the castle

Pros: The host was waiting for me outside of the building, which was really easy to find. She sent me links to where to park, and also helped me pay for parking. The location is amazing, we walked to the castle, maybe about 5 minutes. Apartment is super clean and comfy.

Pros: The host was very accommodating and kindly looked after our bags She was very helpful and waiting for us on arrival Also gave us a great restraunt recommendation

Cons: Quite noisy outside but that’s what you sacrifice for being in the centre

A great place to stay with a very helpful host.

Pros: A lovely apartment and a really excellent welcome by Jelena. She really helped us on our first night in Serbia. The apartment is huge and really comfortable. Jelena met us there and explained everything. She also took us to the police station to get registered. She recommended a restaurant that turned out to be one of the best dining experiences that we had in Serbia.

Pros: The location is in the middle of the center. The apartment is very spatious, clean and new. The owner Jelena is easy to communocate and very helpful. we had a good stay in the apartment.

Pros: The apartment is really nice, located at the center of Nis but the windows point towards a peaceful area, so the busy street and mall are not an issue. It is cosy and very clean, it was a pleasure to stay there.

Cons: It is hard to find parking near the property, but you can find it on streets nearby (red parking zones have better fees, and you can pay by app). If you have more luggage or cannot carry it up the stairs (since there is no elevator), it can be an inconvenience.

Pros: The place is located in the very center of town, on the main shopping street. It's recently refurbished, so basically looks brand new. the host, Jelena has been extremely nice and helpful. I can only recommend the place.

Pros: Beautiful apartment, well equiped. Owners are very nice people, very helpful and kind.

Pros: Jelena and Marko are great hosts and really accessible. Centre of town, literally the Heart of Nis.
