Perfection!!

Pros: Perfection!!! The apartment was warmly recommended to us by friends who stayed there a few months ago—and now we know why! Everything was absolutely perfect. The location? I’d say it doesn’t get any better—right in the city center, yet tucked away in a quiet street. Spotlessly clean, equipped down to the finest detail with the most modern appliances. The host was incredibly accommodating and fulfilled all our requests—huge thanks for that! Cable TV, internet, Netflix :) Everything was just perfect!

Cons: Nothing and thank you for that! :)

Perfect and amazing host

Pros: The apartment was very clean, with a secure parking space and perfectly located right in the city center. There is even a playground just in front of the building, which was a great bonus. The host was extremely kind and helpful throughout our entire stay – she even let us leave the car in the parking lot after check-out so we could explore the city more comfortably. A wonderful accommodation and a truly amazing host!

Pros: New and well-equipped apartment in an excellent location, close to the city center yet tucked away, so it’s quiet at night. Accommodating host with clear and concise communication. Convenient parking available in the building’s courtyard.

Cons: I think the place is missing an armchair or two. Since the living room sofa is used as a bed for the fifth person, there really isn’t anywhere to sit and relax inside other than at the dining table. Other than that, no complaints.

We often visit Niš, and we’ve always had the issue that apartments look much better in pictures than in reality—but this

Pros: the hospitality, cleanliness, apartment’s equipment (literally everything you could need), its location on a quiet street in the very heart of the city, and the parking
