Very good value and handy location.

Pros: Perfect location. Just behind the main walkway. The building is called Regent Club so from the rear parking you go into that entrance.

Pros: Spacious and clean flat. Very chatty guy in charge 😄 We had good time talking. He didn't mind our cat, he even bond with her. Can't complain at all.

Cons: You should check you messages in you booking app to arrange everything. Just a tip

We had a good time in Niš. The flats were comfortable and we were close to all amenities.

Pros: The property matched the description. The host was very helpful and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. It is very well located with an entrance on the main pedestrian street of Niš, so we could walk everywhere, and two supermarkets a few steps away.

Pros: This apartment is delightfully inviting and spotlessly clean. It is fully equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The location is incredibly convenient, just a stone's throw from the city center. Additionally, there is a private parking space for residents. I highly recommend this apartment and would choose it again without hesitation.
