Pros: Very nice apartment, in a quiet area. Private parking, fast wifi and you can find a lot of shops within walking distance. The host was very kind and helpful.

Pros: The hosts were extremely hospitable. They had stories and tips to share. About the place, it has everything you might need. It is not modern but appliances work perfectly well. It is 15 min away from the center of Nis, with car is totally doable, I wouldn't have experience with public transport. The fact that it was far also contributed to less noise and closeness to other places, like Etno Dom Kafana in the mountain. We escaped from the heat of the city and had a nice homemade meal there.
