Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is very cosy and offers everything you need. The parking space is a great convenience as we didn't have to worry about our car. Check-in was easy, the host Pero was great, super welcoming and provided us with recommendations for a restaurant that was top notch! Thanks and we will visit again!

The brand-new apartment with all necessary equipment and garage in the city centre. Perfect choice!

Pros: The apartment is almost brand new, with all necessary facilities and equipment. The location is very convenient for sightseeing all attractions in Nis’s city centre. The private garage in the city centre is real bonus.

Pros: Very friendly owner and the instructions were perfect and very easy to understand! Also the apartment comes with a parking space wich is underground and with a garage door that close and opens only with a tag. I have a motorcycle and I was feeling very safe with that! I recommend it for everyone and especially motorcycle riders!

Pros: I really appreciated the warm and friendly welcome we received upon arrival. The check-in process was incredibly fast — we got the keys right away with no waiting. The host greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel very comfortable from the start. He was polite, cheerful, and very welcoming, which gave us a great first impression. Honestly, the hospitality exceeded our expectations — it felt like we were being welcomed into a home, not just a rental. Thank you for such a pleasant start to our stay!

Pros: The apartment was clean and everything was fine. It is spacious, and communication with the host was good. Just keep in mind to bring cash for payment – I forgot, but we found a way to pay by bank transfer.
