Pros: Everything perfect! Central location, helpful staff, reserved parking spot. Very comfortable, spacious, stylish furnished apartments. Big and comfortable sofa bed and very comfortable mattress (on the hard side, perfect for my back). Blackout roller shades everywhere ♥️. For sure we will come back! The only thing we missed was a coffee machine. Thank you and see you again!

Price/Performance Monster

Pros: Exceed expectations. Booked it because all the 4 star hotels were fully booked. So I was little bit worried but it was simply perfect. Exceed my expectations. I go to Niś twice a year and I don’t think I will book another hotel from now on

Pros: Long story short, everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. We were family of four (2 adults, one 9-year-old and one 6 months-old baby) and the apartment had everything we needed including reserved parking. The location is so perfect that i don't believe you'll find better. The host is very communicative and always at disposal. We will surely use it again the next time we will go to Nis.

Pros: Perfect location on walking distance from city center, easy chech in, smooth communication with host who was always available. Private paid parking was provided as well. Apartment was clean.

Pros: Definitely the place to stay again when I come back to Nis. Very clean, easy access, in a strategic area with many restaurants, mini markets etc. The owners are constantly in contact if you need anything through viber, what's up etc. Last but not least you can reserve a parking spot with 5 euro per day. Very important for me that I was travelling with my motorcycle.

Excellent

Pros: I highly recommend this excellent location. Very close to the city center (maximum 5 minutes walk). Underground parking for a fee (5 Euros). The apartment is very nicely decorated, well equipped, separate bedroom, balcony access from both the living room and the bedroom. Don't miss the Maze restaurant in the city center.
