Pros: Convinient apartment with really comfortable beds. The owner Peca and Thodora were real hosts. Info, tips everything we needed

Cons: The kitchenware and supplys were a problem. In most apartments there is some salt and pepper or oil left for cooking. Some sugar or stuff like that. We neeb to buy a lot of things for cooking for 4 days that go to waste

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kopaonik. The room was very clean and comfortable. On our first night, we were lucky to get a room with an absolutely beautiful view ,it made our stay even more special. The service was excellent and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Teodora, who kindly took us around the town and showed us recommended restaurants and the best places to rent ski equipment. Her help made everything so much easier and more enjoyable for us. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kopaonik.

Cons: We were required to make a bank transfer in Serbian dinars within 24 hours, and there was no option to pay in cash. It would have been more convenient if there were more flexible payment. But I would love to come back again!

It was excellent holiday for me and my family. You should visit this place, I guarantee you, you will not regret.

Pros: Everything. The whole apartment is so clean, warm and exactly what you need for good family vacation. To add, the owners are such nice people, they make you feel welcomed and safe.

Pros: Easy and clear communication with the host. Very helpful and friendly! We stayed in apartment no. 5, and the apartment was clean and very well-heated. The location is 5 mins away from the center by foot. Additionally, the hosts were very polite and useful!

Cons: The apartment itself doesn't have parking, instead, you need to pay per day for an open parking space. We paid around 70 euros for 6 days (for a certain price or if you manage to bargain with the guy offering the space they can clean your car for a certain fee). Not worth it if you ask me as there is a closed garage which is heated and costs similar to the above price.

Pros: Apartments are well equipped, warm and clean, located just 5 minutes walk from the slopes, but in very quiet place. The personnel was very accommodating and hospitable.

Cons: Please take in mind that there is incorrect description on Booking: it's not 2-bedroom apartment. You will have 1 bedroom with double bed and sofa in living room.

Pros: Located couple of min walk from the ski tracks and in the near vicinity of the hotel grand. Beatiful scenery from apartment looking at snowy woods. Extraodinary hospitality and personal approach to any guest requirement.

A fabulous apartment in the perfect location

Pros: A fantastic apartment located very close to the slopes. Host was exceptionally welcoming and offered a drink on arrival . The host immediately recommended a fantastic ski hire place next to the apartment at reasonable prices (would highly recommend ) and also made recommendations for places to eat and drink . We had a brilliant week at Massiv apartments and hope to return again soon! Apartment was very modern and clean with all the required amenities for a great week skiing . 10/10 - would definitely recommend to everyone .

One bedroom apartment is enough for 4 persons. Was great being there and I can recommend it for stay

Pros: New apartment, clean and spacious, 7 minutes walking distance to the ski station, quiet location and beautiful surroundings.

Cons: Absence of coffee machine and some general things like oil, sugar, salt, pepper. It would be nice to have it next time.
