Excellent

Pros: Everything about Ivan's place was perfect for us. The apartment had plenty of space and everything is modern and clean. The sofa bed was really comfortable and we had no problem sleeping. The location is in a quiet area of Kopaonik, but only a few minutes from the slopes and amenities. The balcony is quite big also and has a nice view of the surrounding forest. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is a nice size. Ivan speaks perfect English and took care of us throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place.

Great value for the price.

Pros: Great location and spotless accommodation. The host and staff are very friendly and guest-oriented.

Cons: The bed is cozy, but just a note that it feels a bit uneven if you prefer sleeping right in the middle.

Pros: We stayed at Vila Zvončica, Apartment Puzović 22, and had a fantastic experience. Our host, Ivan, was incredibly attentive and took care of us from start to finish. The location is perfect—being able to ski directly to the front of the hotel was a huge plus! It's also just a short walk to the city center. The room was well-appointed with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. There is also a restaurant on the lower ground floor (-1) offering breakfast and dinner for an extra fee, which was very convenient. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you, Ivan!

Pros: Stan je mali ali u potpunosti funkcionalan. Dva klik-klak kreveta su na raspolaganju sa jastucima i svom propratnom posteljinom i sami kreveti su bili jako udobni. Kuhinja i kupatilo su bili super, sa odličnim tušem i jako toplom vodom po želji. Najzad, na raspolaganju je i terasa koja je bila savršena za kratke izlaske na svež zimski vazduh. Odnos cene, prema dobijenom kvalitetu i jako zgodnoj lokaciji je neprevaziđen. Svesrdno bih preporučio ovaj smeštaj za solo putnike, ili eventualno parove.

Pros: Fenomenalan smeštaj,potpuno nov i veoma ukusno uređen.Osećaj kao kod kuće, poseduje čak i nesespreso kafe aparat,kupke,ubruse,kafa,više vrsta čajeva i još mnogo toga šta vam može zatrebati.Kupatilo prostrano,čisto sa vrhunskim sanitarijama i mnoštvom peškira..Toliko je toplo da smo gasili povremeno.Terasa sa divnim pogledom. Vlasnik Ivan na raspolaganju bukvalno za sve,ljubazan i prijatan čovek učiniće sve da vam boravak bude što prijatniji.I da,dolazak do ski staze vrlo jednostavan na oko 100 metara.Sigurno se vraćamo kod \
