An overall really good experience for a familly vacation at sky

Pros: The Apart-Hotel is new and all the utilities and rooms are in very good condition. It is very close to the gondola and sky rental shops.

Cons: The room didn't have blinds, curtains or anything to stop the light from outside the room - this was really unpleasant in the morning since the sun rise around 6.30 am... Not that it has to do something with the Hotel, but around it there were only 2 restaurants and only one super market (aprox 500m away).
